Hermes Delivery Not Arrived In Time Slot Right Now
AVOID wast off time. What a wast off a space I ordered a parcel on 28th to be delivered today 29th for as a next day delivery I had a 2hr time slot then had a message at 5pm for it to be delivered between 7pm and 9pm but still nothing delivered this is the second time now it’s happened as the last one I received a week later AVOID WITH ALL COST and can’t speak to no one as it’s a robot. Hermes are shit! They say that you can contact the driver on the missed delivery slip but it's invariably blank. When they show up a third time (probably during working hours just to make sure you won't be there) they will send the package back to the sender. The delivery arrived on time. The delivery arrived on time, as promised by the Retailer, but I needed a few more seconds to answer the door after the doorbell rang. However, I found the Service to be quick and efficient, and they delivered the package within the time-slot stated in the pre-delivery email.

We get about one delivery a week with Hermes, they NEVER deliver in the time slot they say - and that can be at 9pm which is a total pain esp when it has NEVER been delivered at that time. Latest yesterday they did not deliver at all because they alleged no-one was at home - a complete fantasy - we were there the whole time, the gate was open, the house door was open and even a note on the threshold to tell them we were home and to leave parcel on the threshold. Do not use them. All our mail orders will now specify 'please do not deliver with Hermes'.
